Speaking in Tongues – Who can Interpret Tongue Speaking?

Tongue speakers are told to remain silent unless an interpreter is present. But could they ever interpret the tongues by themselves. A survey of 1 Corinthians 12-14 provides a clear answer that, yes, sometimes tongue speakers also had the gift of interpretation.
